These terms govern your use of the Ambar Tour & Travel website and the booking of our tours and services. By making an enquiry or booking, you agree to these terms.

Bookings

Enquiries can be made through our website, WhatsApp, or email. A booking is confirmed once we acknowledge it and any required deposit is received. Prices are quoted per person unless stated otherwise and may change until a booking is confirmed.

Payments

Payment terms, including deposits and balances, will be communicated at the time of booking.

Cancellations & refunds

Free cancellation is available up to 7 days before the tour date. Cancellations made 3–7 days before the tour receive a 50% refund. Please contact us for details specific to your booking.

Travel insurance

Basic coverage is included with our tours; we strongly recommend that travelers, especially international visitors, obtain comprehensive travel insurance.

Responsibilities

Travelers are responsible for valid travel documents, health requirements, and arriving on time for scheduled activities. We are not liable for delays or changes caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Changes

We may occasionally adjust itineraries for safety, weather, or operational reasons, and will aim to provide a comparable experience.
