How do I book a tour?
You can book through our website, WhatsApp, or email. We'll confirm your booking within 24 hours.
What's your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 7 days before the tour. 50% refund for 3-7 days. Contact us for details.

Is travel insurance included?
Basic coverage is included, but we recommend comprehensive travel insurance for international visitors.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards, bank transfers, PayPal, and cash payments. Full payment is required to confirm your booking.
When do I need to pay?
A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your tour starts.
What should I bring on the tour?
Comfortable walking shoes, sun protection, water bottle, camera, and appropriate clothing for the activities. Detailed packing lists are provided upon booking.
